Anita Srbjakoska

My focus is on working with clients to understand their experiences and work towards creating the life they want to live. I provide my clients with a safe place in their busy lives to explore their needs, values, strengths and difficulties and to work towards creating positive change. I work with clients on their goals in a supportive, compassionate and respectful way and am happy working in both short and longer-term therapy approaches. I have a particular interest in attachment and trauma. My adopt an integrative approach to treatment, draws from a range of therapies and theoretical approaches. These include Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, attachment and trauma informed approaches, Mindfulness and Systems approaches.
