Anna is a Clinical Psychologist supporting adults (18+) through a range of emotional and mental health challenges including but not limited to depression and low mood, anxiety (including panic and phobias), stress, burnout and life transitions, attachment and relationship difficulties, struggles with identity, self-worth and self-esteem and difficulties with emotion regulation and tolerating distress. Anna understands that starting therapy can feel vulnerable and strives to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported.
Anna’s approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, neuroaffirming and strengths-based, she is committed to providing a respectful, non-judgmental space where your unique story is honoured. Anna sees therapy as a partnership — working together to make sense of your experiences, build practical skills, and support meaningful, lasting change.

Counselling Experience
Anna has a Masters of Psychology (Clinical) and extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan in community mental health, hospitals, child and youth mental health services, neurodevelopmental services as well as group facilitation. Prior to registration as a general psychologist Anna worked for close to 10 years in mental health services in Australia and the UK.
