Ben Moberley

As a Community Psychologist, my approach integrates individual factors with a consideration of broader systemic, social, cultural, and environmental influences. This holistic approach is crucial in fostering emotional safety and promoting positive outcomes.

My key areas of interest are life changes and adjustment, depression, anxiety, living with the impacts of trauma and sense of identity development. I have developed a thorough understanding of the challenges families face with the experience of disability and value providing support for those that support others.

I am passionate about supporting those who identify as neurodivergent, recognising the strengths that come with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other developmental differences. My caring, curious, and kind approach creates a safe and supportive environment where you can explore and better understand your unique lived experiences.

I work in a range of therapeutic approaches, tailored to individual needs. My focus is on well-being and self-discovery, prioritising each individual’s life experiences. My therapeutic practice emphasises collaboration and informed decision-making, helping clients navigate challenges.
