She understands that seeking mental health support can often be anxiety provoking and challenging. Therefore, she is dedicated to providing a psychological service that is warm, friendly, compassionate, non-judgemental, and respectful. She aims to make therapy a comfortable and safe space for all.

Biyanka has over eight years of experience working with various mental health concerns.



Biyanka is a Senior Clinical Psychologist. Biyanka adopts a person-centred approach to therapy, and tailors interventions according to your unique psychological needs and goals. She uses a combination of evidence-based therapies including Emotion focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Biyanka also recognises the importance of exploring attachment relationships and their impact on social and emotional functioning.
