Carol Gazzard
In my practice, I embody a relaxed, open, accepting, empathetic, and compassionate
approach, providing a safe and secure environment for exploring personal challenges. My
goal is to help individuals develop skills that foster resilience, enhance emotional well-being,
promote personal growth, and find inner harmony.
I have a strong interest in the connection between the mind, body, spirituality, and our innate
capacity to heal ourselves. As a clinical psychologist, I have trained in a range of modalities,
including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and Self-Compassion Therapy. I believe that we all
experience difficult times and that guidance during these moments is integral to our personal
growth.
