Fadime is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about supporting her clients. She is warm, engaging and respectful. Her approach to assist you is collaborative, guided by where you are on your journey to improved mental health. Fadime assists clients to overcome a range of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, grief, relationship, family difficulties and life transitions.

In order to best support your individual needs and wellbeing goals Fadime utilises a person-centred, evidence-based approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory and Motivational Interviewing into her practice.

Fadime has experience working with clients from various cultural, religious, and social backgrounds. She endeavours to tailor your sessions to your personal circumstances and needs so that you get the absolute most out of your sessions.
