Jayney Sutcliffe
I am passionate and committed to my role. Offering support and interest in others. Trained in CBT and trauma focused therapy my special interests are Anxiety Disorders, Trauma, Depression and Domestic Violence.
I take a relaxed approach, making every effort to offer clients a safe space where they feel secure enough to share their life experiences. Talking to a total stranger can be difficult, even if you have done psychotherapy before. I will offer you empathy and you will no longer feel so alone. You will walk away each time with skills to practice in better managing your struggles. I remind my clients “Life always needs practice and rehearsal”. I will be your coach.

*Life presents us with unexpected events from time to time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please consider the high demand for appointments and time needed to offer your booking to a person on Jayney’s wait list. If you find yourself consistently cancelling appointments on the day, or over the weekend for Monday appointments,, Jayney may assess that you are not ready to commit to psychotherapy. Should this occur you may not be offered further appointments. Of course if you are finding it difficult to engage in psychotherapy Jayney will do whatever she can to help make it easier for you. Just let her know.
Please see Good Minds cancellation policy for further information on timing and fees that may apply
