Penelope Weekes
While I possess expertise in diagnosing and managing a range of mental health disorders, my focus is on explaining the causes in simple terms and providing prompt relief from symptoms.
I am the niece of Dr. Claire Weekes, a pioneer in self-help approaches to a wide range of anxiety disorders in the 1960’s, and the subject of the book “The Woman Who Cracked the Anxiety Code” by Judith Hoare. She wrote several best sellers which are still available today and I am proud to continue her legacy.
I offer consultation by phone or video.
I'm here to provide you with the best possible support and I offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviour.
