Sheenah Turnbull
My approach is client-centered, integrating therapy with compassion, empathy and genuineness and a safe, welcoming and accepting environment.
Focusing on client-centred therapy integrating studies from psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy, family therapy, creative therapy, narrative therapy, trauma therapy, family constellations, attachment and neuroscience models; psychodynamic theory in response to your needs.
By creating a genuine, non-judgemental and understanding environment we work together to resource and find your healing pathways.
The client’s story is important, and psychological symptoms and concerns are often related to aspects of your experiences. An important part of the work is to connect the evidence-based psychological strategies with the your life story and events to bring understanding, healing and reconnection to enable your hopes, goals and life.
